Mike Smith, the sales executive, worked hard to obtain the car we wanted. He was able to find the preferred colour within a few hours. Then the surprise when we collected the car. It had leather seats which was our preference. ????

It is a lot better than the Audi and Mercedes showrooms I had visited. There were more cars on display and colour/ interior samples on display so could look and consider without having to be directed by sales people.

As above, a lovely team of people, who make the time spent in the showroom a pleasure - even if you are only waiting for work to be completed on your car, they look after you. I was offered a desk by a lady who would see i was working on my laptop.

I have not given 5 stars because although I was assured I would be contacted by the bodywork manager about some work we discussed on my car, I have not heard back from him at all. This is not professional.

Recall work, car working fine before arrival, drove off with a warning light. Then we had an hour of faffing around to put the warning light out. The explanation was quite understandable - but the car shouldn't have been released without checking.
