Lemmar was helpful but i feel that we could have been given more information , ie the spare wheel location, is there a spare ?. But iam sure we will have to work stuff out for ourselves.

Darren kept me informed about the work on my car - there was an issue because the wrong part had been delivered, but Darren offered that I could keep the courtesy car over the weekend to avoid unnecessary journeys, which I appreciated.

I only chose BMW for my service as I incorporated it with having air-con re-gas which was confirmed and on my order when I checked in. When I collected car I was informed it was not done as machine hadn't worked for weeks. I feel I was conned
