Excellent support throughout the whole car buying experience. Always a warm welcome and a cuppa ready. Stuart is always ready at the appointment times, takes time to get to know you, your needs and advise on the most appropriate models.

I only chose BMW for my service as I incorporated it with having air-con re-gas which was confirmed and on my order when I checked in. When I collected car I was informed it was not done as machine hadn't worked for weeks. I feel I was conned

Great service from Abby and Tim as always. They both always go above and beyond and are so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was also helped by Darren on this occasion and he was equally knowledgeable and helpful.

When a problem was identified parts were sourced from Germany and fitted. This took a few days and, as we were going away Lucy sourced us a more suitable car.
